Start-up services/pre-management

Our work always starts from the territory, where we are well established and where. We are looking for suitable Commercial Operators to qualify vacant premises or in release phase, but also in start-up or remodeling situations of tunnels, assisting the Customer from planning to opening:

● drafting of Statutes including Administrative and Condominium Regulations.
● drafting of millesimal tables for sharing expenditures.
● the study of the first financial management statement.
● legal management system creation, support in the creation of Management Scarfs/Consortium, definition of the Statutes and performance of the first Corporate duties.
● inauguration and launching of Mall Complex.
